Biography
Lubov started her career working for some of the biggest financial institutions in the world. After moving from the Soviet Union to the United States as a teenager, she later obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Merrimack College in Massachusetts.
Lubov began her career in Boston as a Financial Analyst with The Pioneer Group, Inc. and later obtained her MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. Subsequently, she worked as an Investment Banking Associate at JP Morgan and later as an Investment Banking Director at ABN AMRO Bank. Lubov’s work with JP Morgan brought her to London in 1999. She has remained in the UK ever since.
Since moving on from her investment banking career, she has been involved in the real estate development sector in the UK and the EU and she has invested in high-tech and new-tech industries.
Luba is the Chairwoman of Satellite Energy Systems UK Limited, a company providing sustainable electricity generation solutions and driving innovation in renewable energy. She is also the Director of Capital Construction & Development Limited (CCD Ltd), a property investment and consulting firm based in London, UK.
In addition to this work, Lubov is the Chairperson of Ewelme Hills, an organic farm and vineyard located in the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which has ambitious plans to produce the first highly regarded English Pinot Noir, alongside sparkling wines.
She has a keen interest in politics, international affairs, polo and plant-based cookery.
Lubov is fluent in French, Russian, and is currently studying Mandarin.
